2024 POWERi Symposium

POWERi, a DEI group dedicated to empowering female employees in technology, fostering workplace equity, and enhancing male allyship, proudly hosted the 2024 POWERi Symposium at the Art Gallery of Burlington. This inspiring event welcomed 180 attendees for a transformative day of learning, connection, and growth.

With the theme "The Leader in You," the symposium focused on unlocking individual leadership potential and strengthening the skills necessary to drive equity and inclusion in the workplace. Through thought-provoking keynote speeches, engaging breakout sessions, and interactive workshops, participants explored how to lead with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
