2023 POWERi Symposium

POWERi is a DEI group dedicated to empowering female employees in technology, fostering workplace equity, and enhancing male allyship. Our annual POWERi Symposium is a cornerstone of our mission, providing a space for learning, growth, and connection.

The second annual POWERi Symposium took place at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, ON, with over 80 participants. This year’s theme, “Resilience,” focused on the strength and adaptability required to thrive in today’s evolving workplace. Attendees engaged in insightful keynotes, workshops, and breakout sessions designed to equip them with tools to overcome challenges and build resilience in their careers.

Set in the vibrant Living Arts Centre, the symposium provided a dynamic environment for learning and connection. The event was a celebration of resilience, growth, and the collective power of individuals working to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
