  • Guidance on event theme and colour palette

  • Basic recommendations for table settings, florals, and décor elements

  • Assistance with layout planning to ensure smooth guest flow

  • Setup of pre-arranged décor and styling elements on event day

DAY-OF COORDINATION

  • Management of vendor arrivals and setup

  • Overseeing event timeline and guest experience flow

  • Ensuring venue is set up according to plan

  • Point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and key guests

  • Problem-solving for last-minute issues

  • Coordination of guest seating, special announcements, or activities

  • Managing event wrap-up and vendor check-outs
